Working closely together as a loyal and supportive team, our employees deliver their excellent services in a friendly and courteous manner, taking pride in the quality of our specialist joinery products, total building services and specialist mechanical and electrical applications.
RDF believes in "investment in people", and actively encourages all our employees to further their careers by increasing skill levels through training and study. In order to achieve this, paid time off for study periods is encouraged and sanctioned, and the cost of any course fees reimbursed.
Staff interviews are held regularly as a matter of course, so that any problems or concerns can be dealt with reactively. We understand that an efficient workforce must also be happy and fulfilled in their work.
Company & Staff IdentityThe RDF commitment to standards extends to personal presentation. All on-site staff can be easily identified by their distinctive RDF uniform and identification badge. Our vehicle fleet also carry the company livery.
Every new member of staff employed by RDF receives a full pack of corporate clothing, clearly displaying the company logo.

In our recent relocation to premises close to Leeds city centre, RDF has succeeded in completely refurbishing what was once a drab and tired building, and creating a very attractive light, airy and distinctly modern environment.
Our ultra modern building has been refurbished with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities. There are also purpose-built areas for staff breaks and recreation, with free use of high-definition Plasma screens.
The front of the building has been specifically designed in order to accommodate the requirements of the DDA and Doc M compliance guidelines, reflecting the company's unequivocal commitment to Equal Opportunities and accessibility for all.
On site secure parking is available for visitors, who are welcomed in the new spacious boardroom, with its inclusive Wi-Fi access and conference facilities.
