We undertake new build schemes working to specification as set out by our client and with an in depth understanding of National Minimum Standards and our own experienced health and social care specialists we are ideally placed to take on projects large or small with confidence.
We also undertake ongoing maintenance contracts, part and full refurbishment projects as well as building extensions.
We realise that where service users are still in residence, we have to pay extra attention to our activities and work with minimum disruption.
To achieve this we set the RDF standard by:
- Undertaking a full up front risk assessments and method statements which we incorporate into the project specification
- Provide specific training to staff on residential and nursing home environments
- Will be available to meet with resident governance groups
- Having our staff CRB checked
- Working in a safe and respectful way with service user dignity as our number one priority
We do this with the project outcome in mind. We have a quality controller within our joinery department to ensure only the highest quality of goods leave our premises; we also have Site Managers & Contracts Managers allocated to each site to ensure all works that are undertaken are to the highest level of quality possible. A Contracts Manager not involved in the job will visit all sites once our works reach practical completion. This is to ‘snag’ our own work and also invite the client to follow on and do the same.
