Electrical Compliance

Periodic Inspections involves testing of the fixed wiring electrical circuits within your premises. This included testing of all emergency lighting and fire alarms to ensure they are compliant with current legislation. Legislation requires that commercial buildings have a full test every 5 years and residential buildings every 10 years. PAT is the testing of any equipment which has a plug. i.e. Televisions, computer equipment, phone chargers etc
