Often a full project management team will be appointed and a central focal point of contact established for each contract. With smaller projects, one self-managing site engineer may be sufficient to oversee the operation. It is also mandatory that all our employees attend regular training courses relevant to maintaining, improving and adding to current skill levels. A further imperative is that all attend regular courses to ensure that Health and Safety awareness is constantly updated and closely monitored.
