RDF was specifically selected, due to their extensive conservation and restoration experience, to undertake the vast restoration works upon this grade II Listed Building.

All elements of the building had fallen into a state of disrepair with the windows and stonework being in extremely dilapidated condition.

RDF have agreed with local conservation officers to restore the existing windows by completing resin repairs, a modern method of conservation, on the sashes so that as much of the existing building elements are saved as possible.

Whilst onsite RDF are teaching local tradesmen how to complete this technique so that other similar repairs can be completed in future years by the local tradesmen.
