Working in partnership to deliver new homes

RDF Building is pleased to announce the agreed sale of all eight homes which it is building at it’s Lord Cardigan site in Bramley.

Leeds City Council are to purchase the properties as part of it’s affordable homes development plan for Leeds.

The development works will commence in October. The initiation of the build will be identified by a sizable security hoarding being erected around the site.

Leeds City Council executive member for communities, Councillor Debra Coupar, said:

“It is an ideal location close to all key amenities and is a perfect example of regenerating a former derelict site into something new to help boost the local community.”
