Project Description

The existing tired public house had been left closed and dormant for some 18 months before RDF were appointed to complete a full refurbishment and re-branding of the site including expanding the site through the existing retail unit that was part of the building.

The property was fully rewired and new heating systems were installed as part of the works which also included structural alterations, finishes and a new catering kitchen. The internal floor space of the property was increased through to the structural works which also created a separate manager’s accommodation in the upper floors.

There are many bespoke pieces within the building such as the glazed wine display, the overbar glass racks and the feature bookcase as well as the new bar and back fitting that were created by RDF’s joinery department.
