Limewood Road project leaves sweet taste with clients & students

Project Description

RDF Building were instructed to complete the conversion works to a dilapidated industrial unit which would create a vocational learning centre.

This involved internal block walls being built, a full new air conditioning system being designed and installed as well as a bespoke power & lighting installation to allow all the machinery that was to be installed to be situated in the correct positions.

New WC facilities including post formed vanity units and IPS units were designed and installed. A catering facility, suspended ceilings, new doors and decorations were completed as part of the project.

The existing floor was repaired and a specialist surface finish applied that would withstand the hard traffic and potential impacts that may occur throughout the buildings use by students

A bespoke DDA compliant steel fire escape ramp and roller shutter were also manufactured and installed.
